• She has worked as a Vice-President of Human Resources in two major Canadian corporations.
• Having successfully led two enterprise-wide restructuring processes she has significant organization design and change management experience.

Jennifer's eclectic background spans business, politics and the not-for-profit sphere. She holds an MBA from the University of Western Ontario, and a Bachelor of Social Work and B.A. in Political Science from McMaster. Married to a successful entrepreneur, she is the proud mother of one son.

Possessed of a strong social conscience, Jennifer brings added significance to her success through volunteer work.  Jennifer is the Chair of the Board of Help Lesotho (www.helplesotho.ca) and Vice President of the Board of the Ottawa Mission (www.ottawamission.com).  She fomerly served on the Board of Next Level Leadership (www.nextlevelleadership.ca).  Jennifer has travelled three times to Lesotho, in south Africa, to assist in the development of emerging leaders there as part of her work with Help Lesotho.
