Jennifer Parr and Susan Richardson are the co-founders and principal coaches at Leadership That Matters.
Like you, we've excelled at the highest levels of corporate management. Together, we've worked for major corporations, start-ups, mid-sized companies, government departments and not-for-profits. As well, we both sit on not-for-profit Boards. Our background encompasses virtually every function of an organization.
In addition to our successful coaching and consulting practices, we're mothers, friends and active volunteers. We live full lives and constantly practice the art of rebalancing priorities to ensure that our Leadership Matters.
